Very good colours and almost a kolidescope effect at the angle you have chosen of thos puffer fisg. At first I thought it a sea anenome. I once saw a giant one of these that had been captured in a net. Amazing but very flat and round from a side view.

I have to confess that my first thought was NOT puffer fish, but this is an excellent rendering. I like the abundance of spikes and the unusual angle at which you painted this creature. The colors are fitting for the environment of a puffer fish.

Such a dramatic in your face work of art Lucien. I like the sharp angles and the combination of colors adds great emphasis to the initial impact of the work.
The background is particularly effective in bringing out the Puffer is sharp relief. Well done Lucien ~ Steve

This is an interesting painting! I really like the colors you chose. I've only seen brown puffers. Yours is much more interesting! The detail in the spikes really draws your eyes into the painting and the dark background makes it pop! Nice job!
