This is beautiful!! The color contrast so well together. Your focus is clear and crisp. The colors are bright and vivid. The entire frame is filled with the insect and flower, so good job with that. All over, a great job.

A great image of this hummingbird moth! i like how it is framed by the vibrant blossom it is feeding on. Nice details seen,especially in the veining of the transparent wings. A great find and a lovely entry for the contest,best wishes to you!

This is a great photo. Excellent vibrant color. Amazing detail and focus. Great lighting exposure. I agree with you I look forward to seeing the beautiful colors of spring.
Insects aren't my favorite but they are amazing with all their detailed intricate parts. Nicely captured by you.

This is a great shot of this Hummingbird Moth. I really like watching these beauties in action. Such a wonder of nature.
The image is well framed with the main subject well placed. The focus on the moth is just a bit soft yet not so much as to greatly impact the scene. The colors are wonderfully contrasting making for a great initial impact.

He seems very busy!
I like the contrast of the yellow from the bee to the bright pink flower. Interesting wings he has. Nice placement in the frame too. Colors still look natural but vivid.

Great to see one of your photos again...I think this might be a Snowberry clearwing Moth ~ Hemaris diffinis in the sunlight on the pink Rhododendron proboscis out ready to suck nectar. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.
