That is a beautiful butterfly or moth, I have never seen one like it before! You have captured it very well John, with good focus, this image is clear, exposure is well managed, the colors and tones appear natural. It's a beautiful vibrant pink flower too and I love the way the color of the flower shows through the transparent wings. Well composed and presented! Best wishes to you in this contest!

A nice looking hummingbird moth. He is shown in good detail getting nectar from your azaleas. The shot is nicely cropped and the colors are great. Best of luck in the contest.

I love the colours in this the flowers vibrant pink against the tawny coloured bug. The shot is well focussed and you capture much detail. I like how the light catches the wings and makes transparent. An excellent entry good luck.
