It's good to be absent for a while because when I came back I saw this gorgeous bloom with 25 reviews!
So I have to add one so you can receive in All-time Best status for this chiaroscuro capture!
I like the dramatic Illumination casting soft shadows and faint highlights!
Perfect tilt for a square framing!

Nice one Pat!

I love the soft light on the Tulip. The light and shadows on the petals are alluring. The tulip stand nicely out from the dark background. The photo is excellent exposed. The Tulip is well focused. The petals show refined detail. The photo is perfect composed and framed.

This is a stunningly beautiful floral picture that you have produced set against the dark background. I also admire the light and dark shadings encompassing the red orange colored tulip. Your tulip picture makes a perfect cover for a greeting card also. Another pictorial Gem!

Beautiful flower making for an exquisite photograph. The black background brings out the deep reds while highlighting the shadows of the pedals. The flower is well focused and framed. Congrats on growing such a splendid flower, Robert

This is worth six stars Pat. Beautiful close up of the red orange tulip. The black background allows for this image to stand out. Excellent capture of the details inside along with the clear sharp focus of the image taken.

Love it! The black BG in this image add to the nice dark shadows on the flower. They compliment each other well. Image looks sharp and the angle works well. So many people photograph the centre of these flowers, it's rare you see one like this. Well done :-)
