Nice silhouette shot here.
Love the lone bird and the reflections of the branches at the top! It looks so calm. The only thing I might have changed is to crop the object to the right out to make it just the bird, water and the branches. Still really great shot.

This is a good capture of the egret in silhouette,
The image is well focused and clear to view , lighting is well managed to show the bird in silhouette. I like the reflection too.
I would crop to remove that dark object from right frame, and to take the bird out of the center leaving more room on the left in front of the bird and less room behind it.
