I am so saddened by this news. I can tell by their expressions how happy and loved they were. This will be a treasure for Aden. I really like the way you highlighted their faces against that dark background. Excellent shading. She is glowing. A prediction of the Angel she would become.

Very touching drawing of these two precious people. Typically I don't like to write review on a sad story, but the light and optimistic expression on Aden face is so captivating.; His mother adoring her son is equally hopeful, soft and loving. Beautiful drawing and memory of the time well lived!

Oh my goodness...this painting is even more heartwarming and special. I was drawn to the perfect technique found in this drawing of mother and son, but am saddened by the story. My sincere condolences to you and your family. The adoring mother is so evident in her loving expression and the playful grin on the young boy's face is endearing. The richness of the values is a very strong component in this piece. This work is so spot on at first glance I wondered if it was a photograph. Simply a beautiful piece in technique and memory.
