Oh my goodness...I knew I was reviewing traditional art, but it looks like a photograph. I wish I had 6 stars - they would be all yours. Your detail work is so realistic. The coloring of the bird is spot on! I like the cropping of the bird allowing wings to run off the paper. This is stunning. I am sure a win for you!

And also thank you for having taken the time to look and then leaving me your thoughts on my artwork, they are appreciated. I think the drawing show enough various textures to be considered a good entry. A six would have been nice, but knowing you think it is worthy of that rating means a lot, to me.

I guess this is one of the most intelligent breeds of pigeons depicted here as a fluffy rusty plumage creature...

The close p rendition enables the viewers to feel the softness of the textured feathers as opposed to the coarse dried grass of his bowl nest...

I guess we have to delete the signature, right?

This unusual colored pigeon is so nicely represented and painted from the artist. The details and roundness of the bird and the bowl against the vertical background is creating a wonderful presentation!
