good story lines but what are Rod Serlings? love the eyes all over the painting. Story touches me, each year Sheffield University has a well known art contest. I entered some of my best paintings, as I thought, and was refused. I went to see them, you are too political -you all see my paintings on here! then later did an MA on Germans Literature, same, sorry we failed you because you are too political, even though it is probably an upper first. This has been repeated time and again. We are taking 20% off your degree mark because you spent a few years in Germany as a child one of the other students ENGLISH ARMY spent all her life in Germany till late teens, no 20% taken off.another way of keeping foreigners down. I could go on...Methinks it is the English!! but you too seem to have some sort of bother!

Rod Serling is the creator/writer/producer and host of the tv series "twilight zone" which came out back in 61. its like the american version of "Alfred Hitchcock". winner of 6 emmys..he also created "Night Gallery" which he died of a heart attack in its 2nd season. google him. he is an icon in the fantasy world..wink. thanks for the great review.

That was pretty good. You ever thought about being a writer? Great wall panel. It most have took hours to do with such detail. Every pen stroke is neat and excellently arranged in the ink drawing. Those eyes seem everywhere. Most of them are sinister. Those eyes really have it. I count 28 including the little girl beside the lamp. She calls something... Stop dreaming! Wake up artist! Its not Serling the girl calls... She calls...she calls...Food...Flood...Flood.
I like your drawing and story They are perfect together.

Lucien says to many eyes and 1 pair would do..im fixing tell him i have just enough eyes to create the creepy feeling but not to much and it doesnt appear gawdy. glad ya liked it and thanks cleo for the awesome review.

LOL. That's a great little story Short Timer. I can see the behind the scenes Dig at the 'Committee'. I thing it is time for a change in members. But that probably won't happen any time soon.
Great drawing and it really reminds me ol' Rod and the black and white versions of the Twilight Zone. Loved that show and also The Outer Limits.

I knew it was yours, but unexpected- and that is good to keep the viewer guessing (I think!). I like your description...The Twilight Zone is so familiar to many, and I like that you still provided the humor in this piece of work. I noticed a much darker palette this time relating to this television program- cleverly done. I love the 60's style television set with the antenna ears complete with eyes!!! Also, the 60's style wood paneling and the spooky eyes play into the scary Twilight Zone theme. Rod has the perfect stare! Another fun piece...well done!

Excellent attention to the details throughout this scene.i see this is set back in the days when we had antennas on top of our TV sets! It's a black and white picture on the screen! Interesting little figurine of a woman in red and I like the eyes watching me as I view it, no matter when I look, they are looking back!
