Great entry for the contest! The composition, central focus on the sculpture and interesting background creates a very nice presentation of this image. The contrast of light and dark colors and details are nicely done.

"im on top of the world mom!!" oops that the Titanic..sorry..lolol. the clarity is great. the angle of the shot of this sculpture is great. the capture of the light is great. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall

At first I thought it was a mermaid that over lapping feet is quite unique when someone is diving or swimming...
The fantabulous back drop accentuated the main subject aesthetically well!
I like the contrasting textures in this image...
This is a winner in my book so good luck or should I say advance congratulations--my fearless forecast!

This photo is excellently focused and exposed. I appreciate the sharpness and refinement of detail. The stature and her pose are interesting. She looks like a mermaid who tries to fly. The background looks futuristic, but is unobtrusive. The colors appear realistic. The statue is perfectly placed within the frame. The composition is balanced.

Art work comes in all forms and shapes. I like the uses of neutrals to create depth and perspective. The arm span creates balance and nice negative shapes against the lighter neutrals in the background. Although there could be more clarity and focus to the form. Very interesting as a subject. Nice work. Thanks

What an artistic rendition by Gillespie. His works are amazing. Great image of this work. The base is well situated in the lower center of the frame with the sculpture commanding the central portion of the frame. The background well compliments the work and your focus and color rendering is spot on.
