This is an adorable scene with the two children at the city fountain. Unfortunately the water flowing up, is over exposed causing a loss of any detail, the city structures are also over exposed, as is the sky. It also appears that there is a tilt to the left and the image is pixelated as if it was cropped to bring it closer. It's a wonderful subject,. Keep shooting , aim for clear, well focused images .

thank you. Not sure why, but I have checked all those photos and none have a blue sky, they are all white like this. Oh well. Try again.

Cool water feature amidst skyscrapers & major thoroughfares...
I just hope the committee will consider this as flowing...

I gave you 4 1/2 stars but if you can adjust the colors or saturate it a bit as the skyline is overblown or is this under exposed, I'll give you a 5...
Please level the slight tilt too...
