Nicely composed shot, and the top half looks like a Infrared shot :-) The blue is a little too saturated compared to the rest of the image for me, but I do like the shadows that are across the road. Well done and good luck for the competition :-)

What a beautiful Spring scene You have captured here Jack. The point of view really grabs the attention. The road entering the frame from the bottom right and running diagonally across the frame towards the left makes for great leading lines.
The white flowers of the trees are both dramatic and serene. The focus is sharp and the colors are well rendered.

This is a stunning photograph...I am sorry I do not have anymore 6 star ratings left - this is definitely a 6 star review in my book! Wow- love the white trees lining the street- such a textural piece. I love how the road bends in the photo taking the viewer to the background. I also am drawn to the stray branch in the foreground catching my attention! Beautiful work!
