Well photographed with good focus, this image is clear, exposure is well managed, the colors and tones are natural.
Well composed allowing a good sense of this location. Well presented! I would love to have this little Bambi close by!

Leeann this is absolutely delightful and charming nothing else to say really it has to be a 6 if I had one to give, it also should be in a nature magazine on the front cover if I were the editor , and I am a little jealous of this one you lucky girl!

The detail on this photo are really nice . Like the pose and the composition, a great image to use as a reference to do a painting or drawing from. The only thing that would have made it perfect is if the eyes were visible, like so you, the viewer of the photo, could see the fawns pupils.

The detail on this photo are really nice . Like the pose and the composition, a great image to use as a reference to do a painting or drawing from. The only thing that would have made it perfect is if the eyes were visible, like so you, the viewer of the photo, could see the fawns pupils.

I like how tight the fawn fills the frame. Such texture in your photo from the fawn to the rough branch and all the soft green plants surround it making for a perfect resting spot! I am sorry for the 5 star rating...I do not have any more 6 stars. Nonetheless, this is a 6 star rating in my book. What a sweet photo. You really captured the beauty of this animal. I like how tight the fawn fills the frame. Such texture in your photo from the fawn to the rough branch and all the soft green plants surround it making for a perfect resting spot! I also love the fawn's stare - he will not be disturbed. Peace and tranquility resonate in this photo!! Beautiful work!

Precious little one indeed Lee Ann. Everybody looking at this photo must be touched by its sweetness and beauty, and you could not have pictured it better. I really like the way the thick branches and the vegetation is framing it, and also the eye contact you had when the photo was taken.
The fawn is standing out Sharp and well defined against the background, and it is indeed Clear and well defined details to be seen. The exposure is just spot on.
The tight framing is working so well and the fawn has got a very good placement in the photo. A truly beautiful and well taken photo With an excellent DOF, and I wish you Luck With the contest.
