A very good entry into the competition posted here! Your fine and classical composition offers us an enjoyable view of your tundra in bloom as well as the dark moose. Like the textures in it. Well done and good luck!

Nikman,
I appreciate the good wishes.
Pointillism is a time consuming technique, but for me the end result is always appealing and worth the effort.
Thank you for having looked and then leaving me your review it is appreciated .
Take care,
Lucien

I am intrigued by this technique and I will have a try one day. I am assuming that you use a tiny brush point to create the dots. I like the blend of colours and although it does not look like it there are many colours to see.

Esther,
yes, I used a very small brush and only used the tip to apply the paint. This is done on a 5x7 inch canvas board

It is amazing that you can create a scene using thousands of colored dots. The colors are very 'Tundra like' and they way you made the landscape look like rolling hills is amazing.
Great work Lucien (standing ovation) ~ Steve
