The color are nice from head to feet . Even the eye show after a second look , with the white standing out event with the white background.

The pose of the pigeon indeed shows attitude. I can see how puffed up this bird is. Although, I see some detail I believe the bird could be sharper. You might try some mixed media tools. I think sharpening or the increase of contrast would make the capture more interesting. The pigeon is well placed within the frame. The composition is balanced.

This is a gorgeous pigeon, I had no idea that there were so many different types of pigeons , it's such a pleasure to see this one.
When viewing birds, the viewer will look for a clear well focused face and eye, here, the face and beak are soft in focus and I see pixelation , especially on the beak. I wish the eye was easier to see. ( the soft focus could very well be from the upload )
It's tricky to compose a shot in a cage, here there really needs to be more room in front of the bird.
The exposure is good on the white feathers and I love the black tail and the warm tones on the wings.

I find that resizing to meet the requirements for this sight and sometimes just uploading images ,they loose quality.
