original and different Brian and I am all for that, the selective colour idea on the flowers makes it look like frost so I had to look twice and the fact that you had left the bee in colour and the background gives a strange effect something that you don't see every day, it works for me but some may not like it though, that's the price se pay for being and doing something different!

Good use of selective color here , I think it really calls attention to this interesting bee, I see good detail in the bee and am intrigued by the black upper body.well captured with a good placement of this bee, well focused, this image is clear, exposure is well managed, colors appear natural, good tones in the flower too! Well composed and presented!
