Wow that is really neat. I really appreciate the time you took to create this image with the tools available to us. The dominant and rich blue hues look great and give it a very aesthetically pleasing aura, as well as the fine details of the water and ship. I like the soft clouds that balance out the other textures as well.

Hi Steve, This is definitely wild! When you look at this as a small image it looks like the siren of the sea is luring more sailors to their death. The sky resembles a woman's head tilted to the right with just one eye visible above the horizon. The lighter blue resembling her hair in a radial view. It was your title that made me see that. Love it when a image takes over your mind's eye and spins its magic over you Steve. That's what this image did! Thought you'd like to know! :o) Nancy

Hi Steve, It's funny how your mind works to see beyond what is in front of you. I like letting the artist know what they made me see because there are times when the artist doesn't know just how much their image affects others. I think that's what artistry is all about. I know I love knowing what other people see in my postings. Super COOL image My Friend! :o) Nancy

Thanks a lot Nik for your Grand review and More than Generous rating. This was originally a sunset ocean scene. I changed the color to blue to give a different look and feel. Your rating is very encouraging my friend ~ Steve

This might be the end of our world as antique astronomers imagined it. There is no opportunity to reach that other location beneath the blue sun except the ship catch the winds of the universe and flies. Maybe than we could see in our dreams what is hidden from us in our reality. The mixed media is well composed and framed. The composition is balanced.

Boy, your are really getting magical with your creativity, Steve. The blue was wonderful choice for a monochrome look for this scene. Fits it to a tee. The ocean's end effect has been expertly executed along all other post processing effects. It results in a seamless, beautiful, evocative piece of art. Well done, my friend, and good luck in the contest.

Oh yes I've seen this before,
I think it was in the Ten Commandments when he split the sea!
Wow FS, you are really getting creative! This is such an incredible fantastical image.
I especially like how close the moon is to the ocean...in this different world.
A most unique entry for the contest. Best wishes.

Wow. Thank you so much VO for your More than generous review and rating. The moon is close to the horizon because it was originally the overexposed sun so I covered it with a moon ; )

Thank you again VO. Your are the Best ~ FS
