Pat this is a beautiful photo. Great colors and depth. The beautiful ocean and sky coming together. great detail in the waves as they rush onto the shore leaving a lacey delicate detailed water design. Beautiful!

Absolutely stunning shot. It is so alive I feel like I am sitting right there on the shore enjoying the sunset. You captured the perfect balance by capturing the lines of the water on the beach draping you back into the ocean and the lines of the waves up into the lines of the clouds. The color contrast is also very calming and beautiful. Amazing shot.

So late at night and still light. Another gorgeous sunset with wonderful coloured light on the clouds and the sea water as the waves roll in gently. Wonderful clarity, focus and composition. A pleasure to view such a beautiful seascape!

Looks like it was a fine twilight glow of the setting sun. The soft blues, orange/golden tones are beautiful. Nice clarity, stop action of the water and fine use of low light.
Great capture Pat ;)

Hello Alaskapat, wow, this is a wonderful shot. The focus is so good, you can see the ripples in the farthest waves. The sunset and colors are amazing. Excellent work.

those fronds of lace as the water laps the sea shore are beautiful, gentle waves coming to eat up the sand! The clouds seem to make up a land mass in the background which seems as concrete as a actual land!

Beautiful sunset, you were waiting up on this one! It's crazy to think about the sun setting at that hour, guess that's the norm in Alaska. :)
What time is sunrise??!?

Ah. A scene after my own heart. You know how I love seascapes with a nice sunset. These are my favorite times to capture the mood.

Nice foreground with the glowing sand and the bluish waves rolling in.

The background sky is nicely done without and overexposure and keepin the soft pastel colors. Nicely done Pat ~ Steve
