Hey Nikman!
This is a really nice photo you have captured and the angle is great! The silhouettes of the people are intriguing as they stand on the beach beneath the windmills. Excellent depth and atmospheric perspective as usual. Nice work.

Really clever photo!! ah yes, angel of the north man!Sir Antony Mark David Gormley, OBE 1950 a British sculptor. His works include the Angel of the North, a public sculpture in Gateshead in the North of England, commissioned in 1994 and erected in February 1998; Another Place on Crosby Beach near Liverpool. My daughter in law comes form Liverpool area. What I found fascinating was that in 2008 The Daily Telegraph ranked Gormley number 4 in their list of the "100 most powerful people in British culture"! I studied sculpture for one year and some people say it shows in my drawings.

Wow! I could not have told which one was a human. This is a great picture. You did a great job of capturing the scene. I like the monochrome touch to it. Thank you for sharing a place I probably will never see.

That's pretty neat! It kind of makes me think of a science fiction movie. The wind turbines are the aliens and the "people" are staring them down. I like the starkness of this photo and the lack of real color. Man against beast.

The contrast between the black and white captured my eye instantly, the three figures, of the foreground, the ghostly silhouettes in the skyline, all work together well.
I really love the dramatic feel of this photo.
Would be very interesting to see the colour version?

Your photo intrigued me. I never would have guessed 2 were statues and wouldn't have known which was the actual person. Great example of social distancing for our current times.

A very interesting and strange photograph for sure.
I would not have guessed that two of the figures were actually statues, particularly as it seems an odd place for them. The wind turbines add interest to this. Nice one.

Your kind review is appreciated! I understand your puzzlement. There are, actually quite a few more statues and the sculpturer received many accolades!

Its one place I would to visit and see these figures, they sort of match the wind turbines in this, would like to see these figures in much closer detail if you can...Brian

Really cool shot here!
It's like looking at 3 statues! Great capture at the right moment. I love the kinda sepia tone. You can see really good details on the water. The windmills behind really add interest. Well done.

Certainly an intriguing image of a beach scene with unusual but likable colouring and lighting. The statues look quite real and as if they are social distancing *smile*. I like the modern windmills on the horizon and it looks like it is close to sunset. The light glow on the water is lovely. A pleasure to view!
