Nice image Nik. Love the way you have captured the dynamic strata in the rocks. The different bands of color are what make this area so dramatically beautiful.
The colors are nicely rendered and the focus is just shy of pin point sharp yet does not negatively effect this beautiful scene.
Well done my friend ~ Steve

This is a great photo of the hoodoos. I have been to Bryce Canyon, and you have captured the unique beauty and the grandeur of this amazing place. I love the colors in this piece, and I notice a haze or softness in the background. I feel that it really allows the hoodoos to pop! Well done!

What a strange looking creation of Mother Nature. Looks like a place from a far away planet! This is a wonderful shot of the Canyon. You have framed it well. The light and shadows, colours and the composition have worked out well. Good effort!

This looks like an ancient city, love the colours, love the couple of trees trying to survive here, I like the perspective with the back background and sky, very nice

how beautiful canyons can look. I like the darker rock near the bottom and as it goes up to the sky the color is not as brilliant. The sky could have been more bluish as well.

This image is enjoyable to view so many on this subject seem over saturated where your coloring looks very natural. Love the composition and the detail shown.

Nik,
A beautiful picture of the Hoodoos & layers of strata in Bryce Canyon bathed in sunshine with the trees clinging to & growing in the crevasses & cracks in the rocks. The colours of the strata changing as the sun moves across the heavens during the day. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.
(The Canyon looks dramatic from 28,000ft above too)

I was talking to my wife the other day about bucket lists and this is one of mine..to visit the Canyons in the USA.A photographers and artists paradise ! Your shot encourages me to follow that dream, beautifully composed and it shows the sheer majesty of the location as those superb rock formations stretch above and beyond

I am very grateful for your nice and thorough review! Pleased you were impressed!! I was on a tour booked with "Just You" which toured many of the western US Natinal Parks. My Grand Canyon shot, which I posted today, was taken on my Route 66 tour with Titan travel company.
