No slackers here! The people add a lot of interest to your photo, which is beautifully focused and very well cropped. Thanks for sharing this unusual scene with us.

    Glad my shot interested you!

Well doesn't that look like a lot of fun,at least they are outside and getting some exercise! Trying to run uphill in sand has to be hard! From their jerseys I would think maybe it's some sort of race. Just have to hope the person above you doesn't come tumbling down, wiping out others-lol! Anyway,it's a pretty interesting photo, you can tell that it is a large sand dune in comparison to the people, great focus and exposure, very well composed.hope there were some cold drinks waiting when they got to the top!

It certainly is a testing course! I know that because I used to jog and scramble around there as part of my training routine in the 80-90's. Very many thanks for your kind review!

yeah this brings back some army memories..lol. the clarity is great. the angle of the shot of the folks climbing the hill is great. the capture of the light is great. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall.

Very many thanks! In the 80's and 90's I did a lot of jogging around and over those dunes as an antidote to work stress!

May be I could have done it 40 years ago. But now just by looking at it makes me breathless.:) Nice looking shot. There is clarity and good dof. Overall an interesting capture. Thanks for sharing!

Nik,
A beautiful picture of these athletes clambering up the steep slope of the Sand Dune backing onto Formby Beach Marram grass clinging to & holding the dune in place with shifting sand between the clumps. Beautiful composition framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus

Your kind and thoughtful review is appreciated!

reminds me of Mablethorpes, you get these low ridges and on the other side is the sea. But this does not look so low when I look at the ratio of man's height: height of dune. Sinking sands no doubt.

Very many thanks for your kind review! The dunes are high in many places but there is no sinking sand. I used to go jogging there back in the 80-90's.

Oh my! Cool shot.
That does not look fun at all! Lol. They look like busy ants! Great capture. Really great sharpness and clarity. Well done action shot.

A well composed action shot. It is amazing that you could get all those scrambling people without any of them overlapping. A fine shot with excellent colors.

Training or madness?? Great action image of the physical fitness exercisers. Love the natural colors of the sand dune and dune plants which hopefully they are not disturbing.

Reckon there is a bit of both out there! Most scramblers and joggers here avoid the grass and plants by sticking to well known paths. Thanks for your nice review!

Great action photography with all this people practicing yoga going up the sandy hill, what a challenge. Great details, natural colors and perfect composition. So well done and presented with interest.
