It is always special when you see the light coming through the trees like this. It makes a forest scene like this magic. You have pictured this so well.
The photo is of course also sharp with clear details and the exposure is perfect.
The photo is nicely cropped and I think it is a fine balance in the composition with the diagonal streams of light. A truly lovely and well taken photo, and I wish you luck with the contest.

I'm almost certain the misty light showing through was intended to create the effect of calm intensity oh how you have captured the sun rays perfection on this craft of silhouettes; I have of mind, shawled my bare shoulders avoid thou creep of chill cast in the shadows. "I could almost get there"
