What a dramatic photo. This is beautiful. The contrast found in this piece is the jewel. The flowers really pop and are so eye-catching to the viewer while the background is dark! I just love your work, and you have such an artistic eye composing your photos!

It's a stunning set of irises. Beautiful colour and shadows with light tipping here and there. Lovely presentation. I wish there were 3. We had a discussion many times about numbers of subjects in a photograph or artwotk. The odd number reigns supreme. It seems when we see even numbers of subjects we accept an organised view and the mind compartmentizes and accepts what it sees whereas an odd number disfunctionalises this and causes the viewer to deeply look and investigate the offering, thus more enjoyment results as they discover hidden details that the odd number of subjects give. All in the brain , psychologically hidden until we see something that jolts it into action. I see this photograph without fault, it was just an idea about the 3....

Pat, A beautiful capture of these lovely purple wild Iris's showing light and shade. It looks almost like a painting. I like the
