I like the pose and for the most part how you used the media.

The flow off her body is nice and believable.

I do think the way the arm and hand on the left side of the artwork is drawn is off.
the angle does not look correct.

Another thing, that smudged area on her hair, by the raised arm is a detector to the flow. It visually draws the eye into that area and then refuses to let it go, elsewhere.

Just what is a Goth girl? Whatever she is, she looks pretty dramatic in your full and central composition. To me, she seems to be ready to cause trouble somewhere, somehow! Well created!!
