Looks like one of them did lol,,when I see this I want to go help but know its best to let them learn, the mom looks like she is very patient and she knows he can do it

You know that I like a great deal of your photography and have awarded you several sixes. This photo, however, is far below your usual excellent standards. The gray cement and dying grass and weeds in the cracks are not appealing, and the whole photo looks overexposed to me. The adult duck is cut in half. Cute caption but the photo is not so cute.

A beautiful picture of this little Mallard duckling clambering up the concrete bank under the watchful eye of it's mother. Her shadow & the duckling's are an added bonus. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.
