A lovely pathway that you would rather walk then drive I think, look at the grounds of water and flowers on the opposite side, banked by trees that must look stunning when the leaves are all in. Beautiful photo

Great shot, I love the great trees against the blue sky, and how it is lining up the road. It looks so calm and peaceful

So traditional and yet unique presentation of the drive to.... great details with the distant figure. Great colors and overall presentation.

A very nice perspective that shows the barren trees beautifully. I like the earlier post in which the urn between the rows of trees is larger in the frame.

The long road which has the stark trees either side draws you in to see what the item (urn) is at the end. Lovely handling of lighting and composition is great.

Nik,
A beautiful view of the tre lined drive up to the Urn on a plinth in the grounds of Chastworth the Duke of Devonshire's Seat in Derbyshire in spring with the Daffodils in bloom on the left under the trees on theright the river Derwent flows by. Beautiful artistic composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

Great shot.
Love the depth and the
vanishing lines of the trees leading down to the urn. The trees look cool bare. Great nature colors and clarity. Well. Done!

I remember the other version of this showing the urn more clearly! A great shot the long perspective really gives the viewer an idea of how long this drive must be;looks like one of those the closer you get,the farther away the urn becomes.the leafless tress lining it help lead the eye toward the urn at the end,a very well taken photo with great dof.

Gorgeous photograph. I love the perspective with the urn in the distance! Great composition and vivid greens on a rather gray day. I can almost smell the spring air and feel a mist on my face.

I like your PoV especially. The view along the road to the sculpture in the far away background is intriguing. The tall barren trees emphasize the road considerably. I enjoy the green grass and the spring flowers among the trees. Your photo is well focused and exposed and has excellent depth. The adjustments of levels and curves are expertly made. The landscape is well composed and framed. The composition is balanced.
