This is a fine wild life shot of the racoon!. You have framed it well. The light and shadows, colours and the composition have worked out well. Good effort!

Great capture! Would have been great for the camoflauged contest. She matches the branches well! She does look parched! Cute bugger! Great clarity and detail. Her face is really sharp and clear! Well done.

Lee Ann,
I feel for Rikki's distress in the excessive heat panting in her effort to cool down hanging over the tree's branches, her eyes watching you! Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus. ( I melt in anything over 70 degrees F)

Hi LeeAnn!
It was in the high 'nineties around here today too,my friend ( and humid! ) but Summer is a quick moving season so I just sprawled back and enjoyed it!
Which looks like what this 'beastie' was trying to do as well! : )
It's an interesting photo,my friend!
And it's a very enjoyable one too!

Yeah,it?s been a pretty hot week here, that?s for sure,at least 5 deer under the deck, along with one doe and fawn lying in the swampy section of the pond!

I understand how tie poor Raccoon feels. Here the thermometer hot 100 today again and every creature outside is 'melting'. Your photo is excellently focused and exposed and has good depth. The sharp details of Rikki's fur and body are impressive. The light reflections in her eyes are especial intriguing. I appreciate the refinement of detail and the realism of color and light. The Raccoon is perfect placed within the frame. The composition is balanced.

Lucky you to have such a sweet animal around. And as usual you have pictured her so well. I like the way she is posing sitting in the tree, and the eyes are captured so well. You have also managed to bring out the fine textures of the fur.

Rikki is standing out sharp and well defined against the background, and it is indeed clear and well defined details to be seen in every part of the animal. The exposure is perfect.

The format and framing is very good and Rikki has got a fine placement in the picture. It is a very good balance in the composition. A truly lovely and well taken photo Lee Ann, and with a very good DOF.

A very nice shot: well composed with sharp detail in the coon and excellent colors. Around here I rarely see one during the day but they leave lots of tracks down by the lake.

Thank you,for awhile she was coming out about four times a day, usually to eat the jelly for the orioles and empty the hummingbird feeder.

Awe, she is adorable and I like her lowered head so she can look at you.
She is well focused, this image is sharp and clear, her fur and face are well defined, exposure is correct for all colors, I like her clear eyes! Well composed and presented!

She looks so unmotivated. Not uninterested, however. I like your information at the end posted, I get a better idea of the situation. I enjoyed the detail, focus and the color in the photo. Good job.
