Amazing picture! Man this is a serious guy not only in focus on lunch but in size! I love how the feathers at the end of the wing are almost touching the water. It is truly amazing.

A very nicely composed image. I like the natural looking colors and the excellent detail in both the white and dark plumage. The downstroke of the wings is very good and the setting is excellent.

Gorgeous capture of this bald eagle caught in mid flight,I love the position of it's wings and the way some of the feathers are curled upwards as it flies above the water. Excellent focus in this stop action image,sharp detailing in the wings and those formidable talons. Nice blurred background sets this regal bird off and gives the photo a 3D feel. Colors are beautiful,and the photo is a real pleasure to view!

Gorgeous capture of this bald eagle caught in mid flight,I love the position of it's wings and the way some of the feathers are curled upwards as it flies above the water. Excellent focus in this stop action image,sharp detailing in the wings and those formidable talons. Nice blurred background sets this regal bird off and gives the photo a 3D feel. Thank you so much Donna! Of all the shots I got of the eagles on the river, this was my favorite because of the downward wings ! We also got 9 red salmon, we came home to get it processed and are heading back down tomorrow. Thank you for the six stars! I am honored!
