All your work is always exceptionally excecuted as the professional you are. However, I chose this one, because some years ago, my youngest son's girl friend, an art student, sent me a letter on brown groceries paper, she wrote in blood, her own. I was quite amazed. She was actually very intellingent and made some excellent observations. I kept the letter and still have it! Actually it is as well they split up, as with illegal experiments they destroyed my sons genitalia and he has no partners at all because of the horrific, illegal, remote experiments, poor soul.

Scarily beautiful. Haunting. I like the detail. The dark colours of the helmet against the smooth pale skin. The pensive look upon he face, makes you wonder her story.

There is nothing about female knights in the official histories, but lots of folk tales apprise them. I see on her amour that the woman in your painting is one of them. The blood seems as much that of enemies as her own. Her expression is impressive. She seems exhausted and deep in thoughts. I appreciate you attention to realistic detail. Perspective and proportions are flawless. The dark background emphasizes the pale skin and the blood remarkably. The tight framing is adequate. The composition is balanced.

While I've never heard of a female being a 'knight' I'm certainly enjoying the looks of this fine portrait that you've presented us with!
The 'bloodiness' might turn some 'tender hearted' viewers off but to me ( perhaps because of my dark nature ) it speaks of vitality and life and,well,I like it!
