This is a nice candid shot. The two girls are cute. We can see that they take their performance seriously. The stop-in-action is nice. Street shots are always complicated, but you captured interesting action. The frame seems too tight to me. It is a bit distracting to see cut off people at the background, especial when the upper body is missing. If you shot again you might step back a bit, that we see the head of the person in the background. That the legs of the girl in the foreground are cut off does not distract, because her head is in the frame and we have the impression that she is moving in front of us.

Jack,
A beautiful picture of this pair of beautiful blonde identical Twins taking part in their Hometown's 100th Anniversary . The girl in the foreground swinging her hips with a Hula Hoop around her waist, while her twin looks as if she is singing. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus. Good luck in the contest.
