It is a fantastic looking landscape, and you have pictured it so well. I especially like the fine shine and ripples you have captured in the water, and also how lovely the light is falling on the snow covered mountains. Must have been a great cruise.
Your photo is also very sharp and it is such clear and well defined details to be seen all over. Both the exposure and the white balance is very good. I also appreciate all the lovely blue hues.
The cropping is well done, and I think it is a very good balance in the composition. I think this is a truly lovely and well taken photo with an excellent DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.

What a great photo! Captured different shades of blues and terrific reflection on the water and the gentle ripples make you feel like you're deck top viewing it for yourself. Must have been a great trip.

This is stunning! The focus is great! The colors are so beautiful! I love the reflections on the frozen lake! The sky sets this off perfectly! I am not a fan of winter but there is no denying the beauty found here! Great job! Lori

Yes I agree, quite majestic are these snow capped mountains. I love how there is sufficient blue in the sky to reflect in the icy cold waters. Oh how I would love to do a cruise to Antarctica but can't see us (in Australia) doing that for awhile to come. This is a beautiful winter scene and I can imagine gliding through those waters viewing and taking in the wonders of natures beauty. Love light and nice clear image. Thank you for sharing!

Yes I agree, quite majestic are these snow capped mountains. I love how there is sufficient blue in the sky to reflect in the icy cold waters. Oh how I would love to do a cruise to Antarctica but can't see us (in Australia) doing that for awhile to come. This is a beautiful winter scene and I can imagine gliding through those waters viewing and taking in the wonders of natures beauty. Love light and nice clear image. Thank you for sharing!
