This shot ids excellent journalistic work. Apparently those voluntaries take their job seriously. Their expression and activities look convincing, like in a real emergency situation. It seems that the simulation is popular. I see many visitors in the background. The photo is well focused and exposed. The monochromatic emphasizes the journalistic appearance. The photo is well composed and framed. The three actors are excellently placed within the frame. The composition is balanced

A very nicely composed image. The crowd in the background is a little surprising but is nicely softened by your fairly wide aperture. Great detail in the foreground and a fine range of tones. Good luck in the contest.

That's a nicely-presented and interesting photo,my friend!
It reminds me of the ' Plan-D Disaster Drills' ( and the occasional genuine Disasters! ) that would occur at the hospital I worked at during my career as a Pharmacy Technician.
