So flippin' CLEOTASTIC!!
This adorable squirrel reminds me of the one who lives near my home in a tree by my balcony.
I spend hours Photographing him.
Great details, textures, colors with a realistic eye.
Really incredible work Cleo Girl!
Bravo!!

Cute little fellow that can brighten someone's day. It is a beautiful color pattern that this nutty fellow has. It would be nice see an actual photograph of him. Good luck in your contest.

This is so cute and your artwork looks very natural with the bark of the tree well defined and the detail of the squirrel shown nicely. Great setting and interesting information.

I am glad this picture is still on the list, because I wanted to wait to review until I could give out a nice rating. You have indeed pictured this squirrel well, and especially the fur and eye are well done. I also like the leaves in the background with the light coming through.

This is done paying such good attention to details, and the brush work is truly excellent. I like that the squirrel is holding a nit in its small hands.

The format and framing is perfect and the squirrel has got a fine placement off to the left. A truly lovely and well done digital painting Cleo.

This is very well done, I'm impressed. I like how you really took the time to get all those details, and with digital paints. Reminds me of how you can't shortcut excellence even with technology. Very nice lighting in the background, I like how the sunlight glows back throughout the leaves. Great job with the textures too on the tree and on the fur of the squirrel; nice display of versatility in your brushing skills.

A very nice digital creation of the squirrel caught in the act,it seems,by the expression on it's face. My guess,by the coloration,is that it is a fox squirrel, but I remember a squirrel I used to feed as a child that was definitely a gray squirrel, but it had brownish fur underneath instead of the normal white. He looks really realistic, nice catchlight in the eye, very nicely framed. the only thing that bothers me is the color of the end of the branch it is on,it might look better covered with bark,or maybe a brown shade with maybe some darker growth rings to give it depth. Just a suggestion,I am definitely not nearly as talented an artist as you are, that solid color area just doesn't look right with the rest of your digital creation.

Thank you very much for your encouraging comments and your critical input. The branch it sits on is cut of and sealed with a protective past of the blue color I painted. I wanted to keep the realism of it, but apparently this does not work out. I look into the problem. Maybe I can do same changes by adding another layer and invent usual wood pattern there. :o)

He looks like a fox squirrel, cute though, looks like he is pretty healthy, love the look of this like a painting and photo at the same time, very nice to look at
