Mary,
A beautiful picture of this Cobalt Ringneck Parrot on the perched on a woven cord, it's near white & slate blue wings plumage with the cobalt blue neck ring contrasting with the soft blurred beige background. It's golden eyes & red beak catching the eye. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

I have never seen a Cobalt Ringneck Parrot. Its colors are intriguing. The red beak and the rings around the eye are especial attractive. Your close-up is excellent focused an exposed and has good depth. I am impressed by the sharpness of detail. The bird is perfect placed within the frame. The composition is balanced.
