I've not seen a deer of this age. Very interesting coloring. Excellent focus and overall composition, and the viewer can even see the fading spots. I hope you have some photos of fawns to share.

She is adorable. Apparently she is comfortable and feels safe beneath the tree. Your photo is excellently focused and exposed and has good depth. I enjoy the sharpness of detail and the realism of light and color. The doe is perfectly placed within the frame. The composition is balanced.

It is so lovely to see this beautiful animal sleeping under a tree, and I especially like how lovely the light is falling on it. I also like the close and personal approach, and how lovely the doe is standing out from the background.

The photo is of course also sharp, and it is indeed clear and well defined details to be seen in every part of the doe. The exposure is spot on.

The format is perfect, and the doe has got a fine placement within the frame. I think this is a truly sweet and well taken photo with a very good DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.
