Excellent entry into the contest. The bee is very well captured and show much fine detail. It does indeed look like it's on a fire. The flower colour is so vibrant and has excellent cour toning. The dull green background makes a good foil.

A wonderful photo! Seldom have I seen a bee on this website so connected to the flower in such a dramatic way. The orange and red is the perfect foil to the brown tones. Very good focus and overall composition.

This is pretty awesome colour for a flower and the bee really seems to love it, it kind of blends in pretty good on this fire like flower, very well done, good focus and the close up is awesome

A beautiful picture of Honey Bee sucking nectar from the Everlasting gold centred orange flower. the light gleaming on it's wings & glowing out from the golden centre. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.
