I have run out of sixes due to all your creative magic these days.
I am behind on everything due to working so much lately. I even go in on my day off when one calls out sick.
Anyway... Yes indeed Lucky You! A Hoverfly and a butterfly!
Great capture and Gorgeous colors!

it is not always easy to get an insect on the stamens of a flower with such a sharp focus but you have a great bonus with this butterfly at the edge of a petal;

Beautiful photo... very nice play of colours... I like dark magenta colour of the flower and the folded petals...focus and clarity of the centre is very good... the two insects are making the photo more interesting...the green background is giving good contrast.... overall very impressive...keep sharing

This is quite amazing. I thought that the image was a painted one and I thought "Wow, I didn't know Annie painted"!
The image is beautifully done with the flower set toward the lower left corner and balanced by the butterfly (I think it may be a Tortoise Shell butterfly).
Although the upper right corner is nicely illuminated it does seem a bit empty. Just my initial thoughts Annie.
