These are females, The funny thing is that it's never mixed. Either males or female flocks fly over

This is a fine photo of birds in flight, and your stop action is very good. I especially like how lovely the light is falling on the geese, and how well they are standing out from the blue sky.

The photo is sharp showing fine details in all the birds, and the exposure is perfect.

I also like the format you have cropped the photo into, and how the birds are placed within the frame. A truly lovely and well taken photo, and with a good DOF. I wish you luck with the contest.
