It is undeniably beautiful in Derbyshire, which is quite close to us. Not far out of Sheffield, you run into absolutely lovely hills with sheep grazing on them practically all the way to Manchester.Not sure what using levels and curves means but seen it before. I just click interesting subjects, viola! And everyone expects adjustments of levels and curves!! and says so, so I don't bother anymore. I have enough stress without that. For you photography is serious -as I am with painting.

cool capture. the angle of the shot of this hilly terrain with cloudy sky is great. the capture of the light is great. the clarity is great. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall.

A very calm and peaceful landscape. The 'V' shape of the valley provides naturally leading lines that draw the eye to the far reaches of the landscape. The clouds have a nice dramatic look and feel which accents the calm of the valley below. Nicely done.

That is gorgeous! The dof is wide and deep. The clouds in the sky look like you could raise your hand and touch them. The different colors of green in the valley are bright and beautiful. I like the angle you chose to take the photo. Extremely well done.

Again contrasting color has made this one although do slightly feel you should tone the contrast down a bit as it looks slightly unreal in this,but still like it...Brian

Very nice view of this intriguing landscape. I thought this was a painting at first. I like the color of the clouds hanging over the hills. Excellent focus with great detail of the trees and bushes sitting in the hills. Thanks for sharing
