I like the bright colors of the tiny flowers and green leaves. The sweet cat looks sweet and shy like and I guess he is sad for spilling the milk on the curtains.
Sure he will be loved no matter what he does.

A beautiful painting that would look particularly good in a child's room. I am not so sure about the poetry but the image is very nice. The violets frame the cat very well and the colors are great.

He thinks: Too bad,
Mom will be mad!
He runs to the garden for cover
Mom sees the stain
And feels the pain
But she is not mad
In fact she is sad
Oh where is my beloved Tommy?

"Tommy please come home

This is an adorable cat and I liked the narrative too, it's just delightfully created , Tommy is so pretty with his golden fur coat , I like his white cheeks and black whiskers and the way he is looking down as he lays in the garden.
