'Good Show',Cleo!
It's attractively colorful and it pertains to things Feline!
How could that be anything besides Outstanding? : D
As to the story?
'Tommy' will need to do nothing!
His 'mom' being a Cat Person, just like 'your's truly' here, will forgive him of anything and simply be happy and thankful for his being her beloved pet! : )

It looks like you are ready to illustrate children's books Cleo, because this picture is so cute. I especially like the nose area on the cat, and also how nicely it is framed by the small purple flowers.

Your brush work and use of high lights is very good as usual, and the format and framing is perfect. The cat and the flowers are well placed on the canvas.

The only thing I would have changed is the shape of the cat. Its back, right behind the head seems too big. Instead of the curve, I would have made it more straight. Still this s a truly lovely and well done digital painting.

Thank you very much for throughout and encouraging comments and your critical input. :o)
I have a look at the issue and will try to get the bump of the back repaired. [I intended to show that the cat is slightly overweight.] :o)

really beautiful image. great picture is spelt, spilt? i think this needs a happy ending. they call his name 'TOMMY!' and he comes running back home and with the promise of a fresh pint of his favourite milk. there is nothing worse than an upset pet..
