The bird seems dancing, while enjoying the cooling water and sand on its feet. Apparently the Egret enjoys the end of the summer while the reeds on shore are still green just as humans do. Your photo is well focused and exposed and has good depth. I appreciate the realism of color and light. The reflections in the water and on the wet sand are intriguing. The bird is well placed within the frame, The composition is balanced.
