He is going to hate his tongue when he wakes up. Precious capture. The crop is perfect and the lighting is soft but effective. Color is super cool and the POV is outstanding. Shade and shadows help make the shot.

This dog apparently wore itself out playing and now enjoys a nap. Your photo is excellent focused and exposed. I enjoy the sharpness of detail and texture and the realism of color and light. I even see single hairs of bits coat and the sand grains. The tight framing is adequate. The dog is well placed within the frame. The composition is balanced.
