I love how big the ears are. It's harder to take a photo of a deer than you may think. I like that he is looking right at you. He doesn't seem frightened at all. I think deer are beautiful creatures. I could never kill one. I'd rather shoot one with my camera.

A wonderful photo of this deer keeping it's wary eyes on you! I like the play of light on the grass as well as the deer's coat,which appears to be well spotted. Here deer only have spots when they are fawns,until their first autumn,not sure if this is a fallow deer,as the adults sport spotted coats. It is very well taken and I'm glad you had the opportunity to photograph this beautiful creature!

Perfect lighting, focus and construction of this photo. The big eyes are so clear and bright. The young deer looks like he is curious on what is happens. The perked ears and the slender neck tells me this is a young deer. Pretty animal.

I like how the warm yellow colors all over help imply that there is some sunlight going on without any obvious shadows or contrast. It's a very peaceful photo, almost dreamlike with the light's gentle placement everywhere. The grass and the way the deer is looking at the viewer has a very non-threatening appearance. Almost looks like something I would see out of a children's book.

The big ears draw the eyes and the attention of the viewers to the face and the soft coat. The photo is well focused and exposed and has good depth. I enjoy the realism of color and light. Awww such a sweetie. Innocent and beautiful. I may have like to see a bit more intense color but to even get such a shot is special. As you know they usually run from fear before the picture can be captured.
