Fantastic capture of this bald eagle. Look likes he is in control of the beach. Good focus and lighting. Sharp detail. All colors and tones are natural. Well done.

a very appropriate title indeed; I like how this eagle extende just a bit his wings in order to look very large; bald eagle are always very impressive;

This bald eagle really looks like he's the boss of all he sees. I love the way you captured the detail in his feathers as he's stretching them out. You get the sense of his power as he's standing there staring at something intensely. I like the detail in the foreground too with all the colours and textures in the pebbles. Very interesting to look at. Well done!

You have the perfect title for this one Pat. That stern look, so characteristic to these magnificent birds, definitely give the impression that the Eagle isn't taking any guff from anyone else.

The focus is sharp and clear. The colors are well rendered. The clutter in the foreground adds a nice natural element to the scene. Good one Pat ~ Steve

    Thank you so much Steve! I love to watch the Eagles, they are harassed by the seagulls and crows, but don?t seem to mind, they yield to humans .

yep! Showing off! Nice shot of the bald eagle. You have framed it well. The light and shadows, colours and the composition have worked out well.

A very good looking nature shot posted here! Yes, he does look, every inch a senior manager!! Your fine and off-centre composition grants us a good look at him.
His expression suggest he is seriously annoyed by something? Nicely done!

Pat,
A beautiful picture of this Bald Eagle his feather puffed up as he leans forward wings held out from his body head turned as if her were about to attack in that direction or tak to the air. Beautiful composition framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

Just like a boss! :)
Gorgeous detail AlaskaPat of the eagle. The feathers and colouring nice and sharp. I like the multicoloured mottled effect the leaves create on the ground allowing the eagle to really pop.
It must be amazing to see them as up close and personal as you do! :)

Keep creating,

Cool,Pat!
It sort of looks like he just realized that he made a big mistake and that it's too late to step cleanly away from it! : D
