What is happy? Is happy contentment? Plodding along? We all have our own thought of other people's state of being. Clever putting the gerbil wheel there. I have come to the state where I think I am going to just take it easy from now on. It has been a hard run. The world might need changing, but I am now too old to change it.

lol, If you were an animal would you like to wear people clothes? This maybe why they look more like "what you looking at" attitude, Just like I hate it when they have real animals with talking lips, does not make sense to me

This collection of cute animals look serious indeed! Their expressions are hilarious and you find yourself wondering are they embarrassed to be caught dressed up or are they painfully enduring their master's dress up session. Great work!

I would say no, with one exception, the hamster in the background. The dog looks like it is bored with life, and the kitty is looking at me in a very suspicious way. LOL
This is actually very creative work, and I don't know where you get all your ideas from. In this picture it is especially the expressions in the animal's faces I like the best.
The composition is working well, and I like that you have added shadows giving the picture depth. Again a really well done sharpie work.

NO! They don't look happy. I think they are having a bad day. I love the detail in the photo. I would at least expect a smile from the cat as she has two good meals right behind her. You have a humorous mind.

I have always felt sorry for the pets that had to endure the crazy costumes that their owners think make them look cute. A nice drawing that shows a bit of defiance in the faces of the pets.
