I have no idea how they fly as they appear to be clumsy. The focus, lighting and crop are perfectly captured.the stop action is as good as it gets. I am waiting for him to drop out of the sky. Great shot.

He is a beauty! You have captured him so clearly. You could count the feathers if you wanted to. The sea as his backdrop brings full nature to your photo. Excellent work. Oh, I like that you used the full frame with your pelican.
