It's already the winner of the month contest and #4 ranked post of the year. What can I say? First, congratulations Steve! I voted for this one! I like so much your poem. It reminds me Dave, his style. I wanted to write poems for my paintings, too. But it wasn't successful. The poem you posted for this one is a perfectly match for the photo. Creative mind, pro level, everything is above and beyond average. Bravo Steve!!!

    Hello Lucas!

I have been wondering how you are doing. Are you back in school wearing a mask? I hope all is safe for you and your family.

Thank you so much Lucas for your Wonderfully uplifting review and More than Generous rating. I am glad you liked the poem. You know Lucas I am not good at writing poems actually. What I do is to relax, gaze upon the image and then write down what ever comes. Then I go back and try to put it into some kind of order and then try to figure which words will rhyme together. Anyway, with your artistic talent and imagination there is no doubt in mymind that you can find something to say about your paintings. Does not need to be a poem. Prose or just thoughts often work the best.

Thank you again My Good Friend ~ Steve

I think this is just beautiful. It's very peaceful and the words fit so perfectly to your photo :)
God and Man were my first thoughts before I actually looked at the image and then read the words... I find this uplifting and inspirational....and always remember we are never truly alone... Thanks for sharing it :)

Thank you so very much Monica. The photo and poem were an inspiration that came not from me but from God. Of that I have no doubt. For that I cannot take credit but I am Spiritually Uplifted to see HIS Hand touching those HE wishes to touch. Truly HE is watching over You and keeping you safe ~ Steve

OMG!! What a beautiful picture that says so much before you even read the poem, which is also beautifully written. So touching and emotional.
This makes for a high impact photograph in black and white with a splash of blue.Great job!

Wow Steve! Talk about a strong emotional impact! This is an incredible image, very well photographed with such amazing show of the light coming down from above, this lone man sits deep in thought , hes searching for answers to sort out his life .this is such good use of selective color. The blue splash is beautiful, the man is well placed in this scene. The narrative is beautifully written and much appreciated! well presented!

I am not sure if I gave you six stars for the picture or the words. The pictures is beautiful and it spoke to me but your words did greatly. The past two years have been full of horrendous hurdles that I have wondered if He has been there at all. Then I look back and read things and I see He is the only reason I am still here. Thank you .

    Gina,

Have you ever gone to a movie and arrived to see the last 10 minutes of the movie? You know the ending. The crowd goes out and a new crowd comes in. The movie starts. All the people are going "OH no! What will happen to our hero"? You simply sit there and Enjoy the movie since you already know the ending. The people continue to fret and worry while you continue to sit there Enjoying the movie.

So here's the deal Gina: HE has already seen your movie. In fact HE wrote the script. And guess what? The Hero is the True hero. And what is really cool is that You are HIS Hero.

So Gina sit back, relax and Enjoy your movie. It all turns out very cool. Even beyond your definition of "Very Cool".

Thank you for your Spiritually enlightening review and insight ~ Steve
