Brian,
A beautiful picture of the Seven Sisters white cliffs at Seaford in Sussex with the sunlight glowing on their white chalk surfaces, standing out clearly from the overcast sky above & the Seaweed on the pebbly beach at the base of the cliffs. Beautiful composition framing & lighting taken with care & superb camera techniques & sharp focus. Good luck in the contest.
I just looked them up...the Seven sisters are :- Haven Brow, Short Brow, Rough Brow, Brass Point, Flat Hill, Baily's Hill, Went Hill.

Cool,Brian!
They're have been many famous ( in Paleontological circles anyway! ) marine fossils dug out of the chalky cliffs along southern Britain's coastline over the last couple of centuries!
Your fine looking photograph of these 'Seven Sisters' looks great in my opinion,my friend!

you can find the brothers of the seven sisters on the other side of the Channel; very similar limestone cliffs by the sea;
a very good capture with sharp focus;

Interesting capture. Limestone maybe? The clarity is great. The angle of the light if this cliff by the water is great. The capture of the light is great. The image is balance and eye appealing to the viewer. Good eye and great job overall.

A curious geological formation and a very nice photograph of it. The overcast light combined with the exposure for the white cliffs makes for an attractive image.

This is such an interesting scene allowing a good view of the cliffs, well captured with good focus, this image is clear, well used lighting, colors and tones appear natural. Good show of the texture of the cliffs, I find the pale colors to be intriguing. Well composed and presented!

A very good looking entry into the competition posted here! Your fine and classical composition offers us an enjoyable view of the sisters. My theory about the name is that I can count seven peaks, in them, from left to right. Well done and good luck!
