Thanks for the great review. If you ever go on YouTube I invite you to look me up (MKFLOOD)..there you will discover numerous illustrated music videos of a wide range of music and stories. Some might make you laugh...some might you make you tap your foot.,,some might make you think and some might make you cry. They are a 3 to 4 minutes long average and the viewing is free. You do suggest you bring your owns snacks ..these flowers keep taking mine .wink wink..lol. thanks for the good review

I had to smile when I read your notes Mark, and this time you have indeed created a pretty flower sitting still. The face you have given to this glamour flower is indeed pretty. I also like the textured background you have created, and the limited color pallet.
This is done paying very good attention to details, and you have given the flower ear rings. Aren't they hanging a bit low ? LOL
The format and framing is perfect and the centered position of the flower is perfect. I think this is a fine entry into this , and so well done. I wish you luck with the contest.

I think Cartoons are art. Cartoonists are serious artists, because there is nothing wrong with having fun when creating our viewing art. So, I said that prayer. I believe that Magnolia is a model who can look like a lady but likes performing in videos much more. She always looks pretty, wherever she is. Your still cartoon is excellent composed. Magnolia is perfect placed into the frame and your drawing has an intriguing 3D appearance. The colors are pleasant. I like Magnolias make-up and her ear-clips, but most I like the pointillism you used for the shading.

I like this one as I can feel the emotion that exudes from it. Even the earrings add to her charm.
I think this is an Excellent entry for the contest and I will pray to St. Barbara (The patron saint of Artillery) that she enlightens the mind of the committee to really see what you have created. Go for it Troop! ~ Top

Nope..never forgotten our St. Barbara...we had to know it before the E4 bored. The 1st FA was this country's first artillery established in 1775. It was 4 months before the marines were established..my ole man (a marine) said it sounded like BS. He didn't like that part. Oh yeah bringing back memory lane. Thanks Too for the great review
