A beautiful artwork Cleo showing the stunning pink orchids perfectly against the black background.
The texture of the petals is shown well and the colors from the pale pink to deeper color on outer edges is great.

I love the orchids as they are an interesting cultivar. I have thought about trying to grow them but I have not got to the at bucket list item yet. The lighting shows off the wonderful detail of these blooms. The tight crop brings them up close and personal to observe the details and stamens. The black background helps pop the beautiful blooms.

An bridge partner of mine has a conservatory where he grows exotic orchids. I am sure he would like to see this beautiful image. I like the composition and the very fine texture in the petals as well as the beautiful color.

that is soo beautiful. i have many of these plants now and they have the most pretty and long lasting flowers. your pink picture captures the joy and emotion that these incredible blooms give to us and enrich our lives. especially we need the nature (and right now) to get us through such dark and troubled times, the black background could even represent (or reflect) this very vibe. well done dr watson.

There is good balance I see in using the odd number of blooms is always a good point when creating.
